A dome is not a stock product: it is prepared according to your configuration. The lead time should therefore be planned from the moment you request a quote.
The average lead time
We deliver in an average of 6 to 8 weeks, directly to your site, after receiving your payment.
Cases of force majeure beyond our control may extend these times: conflicts, pandemics and lockdowns, strikes or weather events.
How an order unfolds
The process is short:
- Online configuration and quote, free and with no obligation
- Confirmation of the configuration and options
- Payment by bank transfer, the only payment method accepted
- Manufacturing, shipping and delivery to your site
Delivery worldwide
The surcharge for delivery to Corsica or the French overseas territories is €1,450 incl. VAT. For any other destination worldwide, contact us beforehand to get a tailored quote.
As installation rules depend on the country and municipality, check with the relevant authorities before placing an order.
